Trey Yesavage is a promising right-handed pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays. Drafted 20th overall in 2024, the 6'4 ", 225-pound hurler developed from a high school standout into a top prospect at East Carolina University. Initially a reliever with a 4.50 ERA in 2021, he became a dominant starter by 2023, posting a 7-1 record, 2.61 ERA, and 105 strikeouts, earning All-AAC and second-team All-American honors. In 2024, he recorded a 2.03 ERA with 145 strikeouts. Yesavage excelled in 2025, going 3-0 with a 2.43 ERA in Low-A before advancing. His MLB debut on September 15 against the Rays featured nine strikeouts in five innings. In the ALDS, he threw five hitless innings with 11 strikeouts against the Yankees. With a mid-90s fastball and lethal splitter, Yesavage is Toronto's top prospect.
