Shaedon Sharpe Biography

Shaedon Sharpe is a star guard for the Portland Trail Blazers. Sharpe came on strong for the Blazers towards the end of his rookie year, becoming one of just four teenagers in NBA history to score 30 points in a game. 

Sharpe went on to average double-figures for the first time in his injury-shortened second season of 2023-24. He bounced back to continue on that trajectory the following year and threw down one of the best in-game dunks of the season. 

Sharpe was originally selected by Portland with the seventh overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft. He is a native Canadian who became a five-star prospect in high school prior to playing in the league.
