Ron Jaworski Biography

Ron Jaworski built an incredible legacy in football on the field and as a long-time broadcaster for ESPN. Jaworski first entered the NFL in 1973 with the Los Angeles Rams, but found his groove after being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 1977. 

 

Jaworski spent the next 9 seasons in Philly, winning an NFC Championship with the Eagles in 1980. After 17 seasons in the NFL, “Jaws” threw for over 28,000 yards and 179 TDs. 

 

Jaworski began his broadcasting career while he was still a player and in 2006 signed a contract with ESPN where he became one of the network's top voices. He also pursued many business interests after playing most notably serving as a part owner of the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League and ithe founder/CEO of Ron Jaworski Golf Management Inc.

 

Jaworski's infectious personality and energy have never been questioned, which is what makes him a powerful motivational speaker to this day.
