Quentin Jammer is a former NFL cornerback who played 12 seasons, primarily with the San Diego Chargers (2002–2012) and Denver Broncos (2013). Raised in Angleton, Texas, Jammer excelled in high school football, playing multiple positions from safety and cornerback to linebacker, wide receiver, and quarterback. He also shone in track, competing in long jump and sprints. At the University of Texas at Austin (1997–2001), under coach Mack Brown, he played as a defensive back. A two-time first-team All-Big 12 selection (2000–2001) and unanimous All-American in 2001, Jammer was drafted fifth overall by the Chargers in 2002. In the NFL, he recorded 683 tackles, 133 passes defended, 21 interceptions, and nine forced fumbles.
