Lottie Woad Biography

Lottie Woad is a rising standout on the LPGA Tour. A prodigy from Farnham Golf Club, she won the 2021 Welsh Women’s Open Stroke Play and the 2022 Girls Amateur Championship. She debuted on the Ladies European Tour (LET) in 2022 and enrolled at Florida State University, earning WGCA Freshman of the Year (2022-23) and ACC Golfer of the Year as a junior. In 2024, Woad reached World No. 1 as an amateur, finishing runner-up at the NCAA Championship, T23 at the Chevron Championship, and winning the Augusta National Women’s Amateur with a dramatic birdie-eagle finish. She claimed low amateur honors at the AIG Women’s Open and nearly won the Evian Championship. Turning pro after Evian, she earned LPGA status via the LEAP pathway. In her 2025 debut, Woad won the ISPS Handa Women’s Scottish Open and the KPMG Women’s Irish Open, becoming the first player to win her first two pro starts on the LET.
