Javonte Williams Biography

Javonte Williams is an NFL running back for the Denver Broncos. Hailing from Wallace, North Carolina, he played college football at the University of North Carolina, where he rushed for 2,297 yards and 29 touchdowns over three seasons, earning second-team All-ACC honors in 2020. Selected by the Broncos in the second round (35th overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft, Williams quickly emerged as a physical, versatile back.

In his four-year NFL career (2021-2024), he has played 53 games, rushing 614 times for 2,557 yards (4.2 yards per carry) and 11 touchdowns, while adding 128 receptions for 906 yards and eight receiving touchdowns. 

Off the field, he’s a dedicated family man and is active in community outreach, including youth football camps in North Carolina.
