Hailey Van Lith Biography

Hailey Van Lith is an American basketball player known for being a force in the women’s college game. She finished her career with the TCU Horned Frogs in the Big 12 Conference, having also played for the Louisville Cardinals and the LSU Tigers.

The daughter of an athlete family, her parents, Corey and Jessica Van Lith, raised her in central Washington. She became Washington’s all-time leading scorer, a McDonald’s All-American, and won Washington Gatorade Player of the Year honors twice. 

She played three seasons at the University of Louisville, leading the women’s basketball team to the 2022 NCAA Final Four. She then transferred to join the Bayou Bengals and Angel Reese, helping LSU reach the Elite Eight. For her final year of eligibility, she finished in Fort Worth, where she was named Big 12 Player of the Year and helped TCU earn their first Big 12 regular season and tournament titles.

She has won five gold medals with USA Basketball and bronzed in 3x3 basketball at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

A highly touted talent at the next level, Van Lith hopes to pursue a law degree alongside a WNBA career.
