Brock Vereen Biography

Brock Vereen is a former NFL safety who played for the Chicago Bears after being selected in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. A standout at the University of Minnesota, he earned First-Team All-Big Ten honors in 2013 and served as a team captain. Vereen appeared in 16 games during his rookie season, recording 39 tackles and one interception. Following his time with the Bears, he spent periods with the Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, and Kansas City Chiefs. Since retiring from professional football, Vereen has transitioned into broadcasting, serving as a studio analyst for CBS Sports Network's "That Other Pregame Show" and contributing to the Big Ten Network's pregame coverage. He is also the younger brother of former NFL running back Shane Vereen.
