Brent Dodginghorse hails from the Tsuut’ina Nation in Alberta, Canada where he achieved world rodeo championship status and played professional hockey. Brent Dodginghorse entered the world on February 17, 1978, in Calgary, Alberta. Dodginghorse started his athletic journey at a young age where he proved himself as a skilled hockey player and rodeo competitor.

Dodginghorse spent two seasons with the Calgary Hitmen in the Western Hockey League (WHL) during the late 1990s. He moved to minor professional hockey where he played for the Johnstown Chiefs and Pensacola Ice Pilots in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) .

During his hockey career Dodginghorse achieved rodeo world championship status in steer wrestling. His dual athletic success demonstrated his ability to excel in multiple sports while showing his dedication to his athletic pursuits.
