Pro Football Hall of Famer Willie Roaf Keynotes Health and Wellness Luncheon

Pro Football Hall of Fame Willie Roaf is known as one of the greatest offensive linemen in NFL history. Even though Roaf's playing days are in the past, he makes it a point to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

He talked about some of his habits as the keynote speaker at the Fit, Fun and Fabulous' Health and Wellness Luncheon. The event was held last Thursday at the Lamp Post reception hall in Franklin, Louisiana. 

Roaf talked about his career and answered questions from the audience. While he was in town, he also spoke at Franklin High School. 

After being an All-American at Louisiana Tech, Roaf was selected with the eighth overall pick in the 1992 NFL Draft. He went on to be an 11-time Pro Bowler and nine-time All-Pro with the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs. 

Roaf was named to the 1990s All-Decade Team and the 2000s All-Decade Team. He spent the first nine years with the Saints and was inducted into the team's Hall of Fame. in 2008. 

Roaf was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2012. He is also a member of the College Football Hall of Fame, Louisiana Tech Athletics Hall of Fame, Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame and Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.
