Yesterday, New England Patriots fans got the opportunity to meet running back James White. He was in Saugus, Massachusetts signing autographs at Square One Mall from 7-8:30 p.m. 

White's appearance took place at the I Love Boston Sports store, located inside Sears. He signed a special product that was available for purchase in the store and also posed for photos. 

Those who wanted their own items signed could also bring those for a price of $25. Many were certainly excited to get to mingle with a key member of the 2016 Patriots squad. 

White has been a dangerous weapon out of the backfield in the passing game this year, catching 47 balls for 393 yards and four touchdowns. This is his third season with New England after being selected in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. 

As a rookie, White was a member of the team that won Super Bowl XLIX. It was quite the way to kick off a pro career after a banner collegiate run at the University of Wisconsin. 

White was a four-year starter for the Badgers and helped UW win three Big Ten titles. He was the Big Ten Freshman of the Year in 2010 and a All-Big Ten second-team selection in 2013.
