New Charlotte Hornets' Star Frank Kaminsky Featured in JCPenney Ad Campaign

After last night’s NBA Draft, former Wisconsin star Frank Kaminsky is one of the newest members of the Charlotte Hornets.  This week, Kaminsky also got into the endorsement game with the release of his first ads for the department store chain, JCPenney.

The #FrankChanged campaign features Kaminsky in different clothing looks promoting the men’s store at JCPenney.  In several of the spots, the question “Did Frank Change?” is asked.

Kaminsky was selected ninth overall last night and is expected to help the Hornets immediately try to get back to the playoffs.

The franchise is hoping that he flashes some of the same skills he did in his final collegiate season when he was named the national player of the year.  Kaminsky averaged 18.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, and shot 41.6% from three in the 2014-15 campaign.

In both his junior and senior seasons, the Badgers reached the Final Four.  While Kaminsky was largely an afterthought when recruited to Madison, he became one of the most significant players in school history.
