Legendary Coach to Share Winning Strategies to America’s Backbone
Jimmy Johnson is no novice when it comes to hauling precious cargo, as he pulls his pristine SeaVee center console boat named “Three Rings” for his fishing trips in South Florida. The vessel’s name is a nod to his three coaching championships achieved through his illustrious career. Two Super Bowls with the dynamic Dallas Cowboys and one ring with the dominant 1987 Miami Hurricanes. He knows what it takes to bring a locker room of men together and focus on one common goal.

The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is pleased to announce that the NFL legend will be the keynote speaker at its annual convention, taking place in Orlando, Florida, from February 28 to March 3, 2026. Located in Alexandria, Virginia, TCA is the only trade association dedicated to the truckload segment of the motor carrier industry.
“We’re excited to welcome Jimmy Johnson, Pro Football Hall of Fame member and the architect of the Dallas Cowboys’ consecutive Super Bowl XXVII & XXVIII victories, as our Keynote Speaker in Orlando,” TCA said. “A former Miami Dolphins head coach and long-time FOX NFL Sunday analyst, Johnson brings a unique perspective on leading teams to sustained success at the highest level.”

From 1989 until March 1994, Johnson served as the head coach of the Cowboys, leading the team to an impressive 50–22 record during his final seasons and winning 39 of their last 50 games. He is one of only five NFL head coaches to achieve back-to-back Super Bowl victories and earned NFL Coach of the Year honors from national media in three of his last four seasons with Dallas. After his coaching career, he joined FOX Sports as a studio analyst in 1994, a role he held for 31 years until he retired from FOX’s NFL coverage in March 2025.
