The second GameTimePA.com Athletes of the Year Awards takes place on June 4th. A Pro Football Hall of Fame member with ties to the state of Pennsylvania, Chris Doleman, will be the keynote speaker. 

The event will award the best athletes in all 22 YAIAA sports. It takes place at 4 p.m. at the Wyndham Garden York in West  Manchester Township. 

Doleman played three sports at William Penn High School, which lies within the YAIAA's coverage area. Individual tickets go on sale May 8th for $50. 

Doleman collected 150.5 career sacks, which ranks fourth in NFL history. He played for three franchises over 15 years and made eight Pro Bowls. 

Doleman was a two-time first-team All-Pro and led the league with 21 sacks in 1989. He had eight double-digit sack seasons. 

In 2012, Doleman was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on his second ballot. He spent the first nine years of his career with the Minnesota Vikings and is also a member of their Ring of Honor.
