Landon Collins has had a banner 2016 season and brought along scores of Giants fans for the ride. Last night some of his supporters got a chance to meet him in Poughkeepsie, New York. 

The event took place at 7 p.m. at the Poughkeepsie Galleria Theatre hallway. Collins was available to sign autographs for $40 and to take photos for $25. 

A combo ticket got attendees an autograph and a photo for $60. Proceeds from the appearance benefited St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 

Collins has been a true breakout star in his second NFL season and has helped the Giants post a 10-4 record. He was the NFC Defensive Player of the Month for November after registering 30 tackles and three interceptions while the team went 4-0. 

In Week 7 and Week 8 of the season, Collins went back-to-back as the NFC Defensive Player of the Week. He currently has 108 tackles, three sacks and five interceptions on the season. 

The Giants made Collins a second round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. He recorded over 100 tackles during his first year and was named to the Pro Football Writers Association's All-Rookie Team.
