Former Vikings Linebacker Chad Greenway Keynotes Minnesota Bankers Annual Summit

The Minnesota Bankers Association had a unique speaker for their Annual Summit and 128th Annual Meeting. Recently retired Minnesota Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway keynoted the event.

It took place June 11-13 at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center in Duluth. Greenway shared leadership lessons he's learned both on and off the football field.

In addition to his presentation, there were also several other speakers who dealt with matters more pertinent to banking. It was a very beneficial three days for everyone who attended.

Greenway spent his entire 10-year career as a member of the Vikings after being selected by the franchise in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2012 and 2013.

Greenway posted a career-high 154 tackles in 2011 and was also named a second-team All-Pro in 2012. In 2010, he collected 144 combined tackles, which led the NFC.

Greenway is well-known for his tremendous community involvement throughout the Twin Cities. He was the "Whizzer" White NFL Man of the Year in 2015.
