Former NFL Standout Renaldo Wynn Speaks at FCA Fundraising Banquet Tuesday

Former NFL player Renaldo Wynn has been using his post-football life to help others. He will share his story tomorrow as the keynote speaker for a Fellowship of Christian Athletes fundraising banquet.

The event takes place at 6:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Greenville, Tennessee. Most of the proceeds raised at the banquet fund the opportunity for kids to go to FCA camp.

186 kids from Greene County attended the camp last year. Wynn should have an inspiring message and powerful testimony to present.

Wynn was an honorable mention All-American at Notre Dame before being selected in the first round of the 1997 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He went on to a 14-year career and collected 27 sacks.

After retiring in 2012, Wynn went into business with his former Washington Redskins coach, Joe Gibbs. He joined the marketing department at Joe Gibbs Racing and worked with his ministry, Game Plan For Life.

Wynn and his wife LaTanya are the founders of Family of Faith and The Renaldo Wynn Foundation. They have spearheaded the Adopt a Child for the Holidays program.
