One of the rising stars in women's golf is teaming with Skechers.  Skechers Performance has signed LPGA pro Brooke Henderson to an endorsement deal.

As part of the multiyear agreement, Henderson joins Skechers' GO GOLF team.  She will star in marketing campaigns for their GO GOLF footwear. 

Henderson will also wear the shoes in competition.  They already have several top golfers as ambassadors for the line, including names like Matt Kuchar and Colin Montgomerie.  

At just 18 years old, Henderson is already a major winner and currently ranked third in the world.  In June, she was victorious at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship. 

Henderson competed for Canada last month at the first Olympic golf tournament since 1906 and finished seventh.  Overall, she boasts eight professional wins, including three on the LPGA Tour. 

In 2014, Henderson broke onto the scene with a tenth place showing at the U.S. Open.  That qualified her as the top ranked female amateur golfer in the world at 16.
